Just ordered the Butternut squash ravioli to go. Second time here and was absolutely blown away by the great food the first visit and even more so on the second. Ordered the Butternut squash ravioli and it was amazing! Perfectly cooked, delicately sweet butternut filing with a hearty spinach ravioli and finished with a light sauce. Topped off the meal with a delicious tiramisu for dessert. Service has always been great. Thank you
The best carbonara I've had outside of Italy. This is our send time here and each time the food has been amazing.
Just finished dining here and we absolutely loved it! The service was exceptional, we were seated outdoors. The food was delicious and we finished every bite! The employee with the vest who was seating us was amazing and very welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu and wine. It was a perfect way to end our honeymoon trip in Carmel.
We go to Carmel all the time but never knew about this restaurant before. Our niece visiting from out of town picked it as our meeting place for dinner. It was a wonderful meal. Their minestrone was fantastic. The salad & garlic bread was yummy. We had the roast pork special, a pasta dish & short rib over polenta. It was all so good. We also had wine & enjoyed their wine list choices. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I think they could work on. Is the desserts. The flourless chocolate cake tasted more like a half raw brownie cooked in a small container, not really cake. The tiramisu was still partially frozen. Other than the desserts I highly recommend this place!
Nice place to sit and dine in a sheltered patio with heat lamps. The place was pretty empty on a Monday evening but it took a while to get our food. Not many appetizers to keep us busy while we waited. I had a delicious salad with roasted stone fruit and polenta but my husband was less impressed with the spaghetti with seafood (mussels and clams).
Very sweet, attentive staff and delicious pasta. We sat outside with our dog. We had two different waiters helping our table and one kindly brought out fresh water for our dog. I forget what we had for dinner and drinks.. but everything was so good! I accidentally left a shopping bag and forgot about it until several hours later and they had held it for me. Definitely like this restaurant and all the great staff.
Absolutely delish. Homemade pasta (and other things!) but the pasta dishes were great. Butternut squash rav was excellent, with a sage brown butter that was so good. They have GF if you need it, for lots of dishes including the pasta. The star of the show was the dessert tho-all the desserts were really really really good. Really really good. I would say it doesn't matter which one you choose, you will love it. The tartufo was choc gelato with a creamy filling, hazelnuts, and a delicious sugary super fine cocoa dust. Holy cow it was good. In fact, go there just for dessert. Nice patio seating with heaters. Very friendly atmosphere, great wine list, wonderful time.
